Baptism Details

We hope you are looking forward to the celebration of Holy Baptism for you or your child. This form is a follow up from your meeting with one of the clergy.

If you haven’t already met with one of the clergy but would like to explore the possibilities of Baptism, then please come along to one of the Sunday Masses and speak to the clergy afterwards.

(Please note, that the date and time of the Baptism can only be arranged by agreement with the priest. If the Baptism doesn’t take place during one of the Sunday Masses, then it will take place on a Sunday at 1pm).
